KeenCP.com Review – [Scam Linked With 8 Fake Retail Sites]

KeenCP (KeenCP.com) is a bogus online retailer that is affiliated with 8 retail scam sites that we have been exposing since the end of 2018.

Created just over a month ago, KeenCP is the latest scam site to emerge into existence out of this growing network of scams.

To learn the TRUTH behind the KeenCP scam and WHY you should avoid this fictitious online retailer at all costs we invite you to read our honest review.

About KeenCP

As we stated just a few brief moments ago, KeenCP is nothing more than a fake retail site.

Targeting the reputable apparel brand known as KEEN, KeenCP.com tries to portray their platform as a highly discounted retail site that offers a select range of KEEN footwear.

Stealing KEEN’s logo and branding it into the template of KeenCP.com, KeenCP tries to imply to the general public that they affiliated with the Keen brand.

However, that would be nothing further from the truth.

Most of the inventory featured at KeenCP.com reflect online savings ranging between 70% to 95% off what KeenCP asserts is the usual retail value of that particular Keen item.

Pretending to offer woman, men, and kid KEEN footwear, KeenCP employs the same tactics utilized in a scam of theirs that we exposed just a couple days known as NikeXK.

These tactics could be summed up in a 3-step process.

  1. Targeting of popular name brands that are accompanied with similar URLs and a simplistic web design
  2. Entice consumers by pretending to offer a generalized selection of name brand goods at highly discounted rates allegedly between 70% to 95%
  3. Scam consumers by stealing their hard-earned money while failing to deliver promised goods as advertised

Linked Scams

When we first caught wind of this network of scams, the fake retail sites used started out as generalized discount sites that hosted a wide assortment of consumer goods, gadgets and electronics.

These generalized retail scams are as followed:

  • HexPress.Shop
  • GoodTop.Shop
  • ZZPlus.Shop
  • BTMD.Online
  • XCDour.com

However, for reasons unknown to us, this scam network started to employ what we are coining the 3-step scam process.

Probably because it turned out that by targeting name brands (which most of the consumer demographics tend to gravitate towards) these scammers were better able to solicit and deceive consumers out of their money.

I mean, who doesn’t like to snag a good deal on name brand products, right?

The other 3 most recent scam sites employing these varying scam tactics are shared below:

  • NikeXK.com
  • NikeBT.com
  • NorCX.com

Both the NikeXK and NikeBT scams targeted the Nike brand but they also allegedly offered Adidas and New Balance inventory too.

The NorCX scam, on the other hand, employed an unrelated URL for their scam while they focused heavily on The North Face brand.

As a whole though, we believe you can connect the dots regarding the generalized trend that has been occurring over the past 6 months.

Who is Behind KeenCP?

This has been the question that has been plaguing us since the beginning of exposing this scam network.

However, we sadly are no closer to identifying whom is at the helm of these scams.

Each of their scam sites were privately registered while there is no ownership or identifying information of the sort disclosed on their sites.

So we are virtually left with no way to acquire an answer as to which entity(s) are responsible for these series of fake retail scams.

Popularity

KeenCP.com was registered on April 23rd, 2019 with a privacy package that reflects a country code of Malaysia.

According to SimilarWeb, KeenCP.com is not a popular site and fails to reflect any web ranking as of May 26th, 2019.

As with the other affiliated scams of KeenCP, KeenCP.com will likely rely heavily upon social media advertisement campaigns which will likely be featured on Facebook and maybe even Instagram.

Contacting KeenCP

Yet again we are left with the 3 following email addresses that can allegedly be used to touch base with KeenCP.

  • support@JDonline.info
  • service@maingmail.com
  • lars@service-sys.com

It should be noted, however, that many consumers have reported trying to reach out to these scam sites multiple times but with no luck.

Is KeenCP.com a Scam?

Yes, KeenCP.com is a bonafide retail scam.

KeenCP Review Conclusion

As difficult as this may be to swallow for some of our readers, we don’t believe for a second that KeenCP is the last scam to originate out of this network of retail scams.

The con-artists responsible for these highly misleading scams are continuing to refine their scam tactics in an effort to further line their pockets with consumers hard-earned money as quickly as possible while remaining anonymous to the public.

Why would you want to conduct business with such an entity?

Given the irrefutable facts shared in our investigative review above, we believe the verdict regarding KeenCP is explicitly clear.

Outcome: KeenCP is a SCAM!

Blacklisted Site: KeenCP.com
