On 11\12/2018 I hot 2500.00 on a scratcher, received an email that I had cashed out 2508.oo to PayPal. After repeated emails I was told it was a technical error. SCAM..SCAM..SCAM
AFTER seeing how many people they do this to I’m trying to gather as many names and emails as possible for legal action for false advertisement, wire fraud, etc.

I cashed out with $1001.25 and received the same “technical issue” line.

All of us at Lucky Day are very sorry about this issue. Token wins for the bonus play were incorrectly shown as cash wins for a brief period in mid-November, and we deeply regret that this has affected you. We are investigating the cause and have made changes so this doesn’t happen moving forward. Your trust means everything to us. Please contact us at support@luckydayapp.com, if you have further questions.

Last night Lucky Day on Instagram said I won 100,00 in a drawing asked me all types of questions… whats my favorite color and flowers (for when they come to bring my big check) oh and i had also won a $2000 amazon card, so here comes the clincher… wanted me to send them 367.06 for some sort of clearance payment so my winnings will remain mine in total (meaning no taxes paid on the payment) and of course this was to be paid upfront and supposedly it would be reimbursed once I got my check proving who I was, I responded with NICE TRY but I’m not interested in being scammed.

I just received the exact same message via Instagram. O merely sent back “what’s the catch” 5 minutes ago. Their Instagram only had 49 followers do o knew it was some von. I’m going to act naive and try to gather Intel on these nuffoons- I’m sure some elderly people have fallen for this.

I had won 1001$ transferred it to my PayPal. Then I recieved a email after asking them why the transfer dissaperd they said it was a system glitch. I took screen shots of the winnings and the emails. They said it was supposed to be tokens but yet when I won it gave me both tokens and cash. So not sure how that’s a glitch and how my husband played the same time and hes didn’t supposedly glitch and win money. They say that it’s a glitch to get out of paying big money. Once you are told you won money regardless it should be awarded. Not sure how they have so many money glitches month after month on reviews of them telling people they were supposed to win tokens not cash. Knew it was to good to be true.

    • Mary

The same exact thing happened to me. I did a scratch off two nights ago, looked at my cash out balance and it said I had won $1,258.85. I cashed it out, received my email to my paypal account that it would be deposited, it showed up in my order history as pending but then later said “order flagged”. Then the next day I checked my order history and the order had just disappeared. I emailed them and they told me it was a system glitch and it should have been coins. Like you said, this must be how they get out of paying large amounts out to people.

I cannot get past winning $1.50 leads me to believe this is a scam
