Email support available 24/7.

Phone: 1 (800) 461-2689

Interestingly, this phone number is listed also on the website of IJCISC, the International Journal of Computational Intelligence and Soft Computing.

The same phone number and address are listed on BBB for another company, LI Home Central. Their website, lihomecentral.com, is no longer active, suggesting that it was a previous version of OnHomeDepot.

While lihomecentral.com was registered on April 14, 2020 for one year, onhomedepot.com was registered on June 11, 2020 for the same time period. Both were registered via the Google LLC registrar. Both domains also use Cloudflare for protection as well as privacy service to hide the identity of the domain owners.

lihomecentral.com

LI Home Central (lihomecentral.com) was reported as a fraudulent website. One person reported that

This is a fraudulent website. I purchased something from this website and received a confirmation email saying the order was being processed. After waiting for shipping information and not receiving any, I tried contacting the company. The phone numbers given on the site go nowhere.

Someone else reported ordered “a coffee maker and of course did not receive it.”

A person who ordered a chest freezer from this site “and after 7 days went by and my card had not been charged,I smelled a rat. This caused me to cancel my Amex card and I’ll be issued a new one.”

Here’s another useful review about LI Home Central:

I placed an order with this company online on 6-21-20. My order still show processing and when I try to call the 800 number it loops on some type of recording that is in Spanish. So far my CC has not been charged but I am afraid that my card info is now compromised. I am calling the bank to have them send me a new card.

sportecentral.com

Another website constructed by the same people is Sporte Central (sportecentral.com).

sportecentral.com was registered on the Google LLC registrar on April 16, 2020 for one year.

Their address and phone numbers were different though:

Phone: (503)-653-0131

OnHome Depot – Red Flags

onhomedepot.com is a poorly constructed website. A professional company would never use such a website. Here are some examples:

  • The title of the website is misspelled and reads “OnHone Depot.”
  • The social links to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest do not work.
  • The set email address in the “Send us an email” button is your@email.
  • The blog is empty of content except for templates provided with the WordPress theme/plugin used by the developer of the site.

They claim to offer support from “appliance experts with years of industry experience, ready to take your call 24/7,” do they stand behind this though? Definitely not through the fake phone number, leading to a message in Spanish.

They also claim to offer comprehensive appliance buying guides (but their blog is empty), and a “Youtube channel packed with informative videos,” however a YouTube search reveals no sign of such channel, but only scam warning videos against OnHomeDepot.com, such as:

Moreover, the prices way too low to be real.

We don’t have any information at the moment about people who actually ordered from the site. Please let us know if you have by commenting below.
