Is YourScoreandMore.com a Scam?

We do not believe that YourScoreandMore.com is a bonafide scam yet although we certainly feel that their platform is not the most dependable.

Overcharging consumers compared to other credit monitoring platforms while lacking up-to-date community feedback indicates to us that there are far more reputable alternatives available for consumers seeking the same credit monitoring services.

YourScoreandMore.com Review Conclusion

YourScoreandMore is a sole proprietorship operated business that provides credit monitoring services to consumers based within the United States and residing U.S. territories.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to participate with their platform while their 7 day trial period is accompanied with a price tag of $9.95, where after you’ll be charged a monthly fee of $29.94.

Given the lack of relevant consumer feedback regarding YourScoreandMore and the high price point that they put on their services, we feel that there are more consumer-friendly credit monitoring platforms available for you.

Outcome: YourScoreandMore.com should be pursued at your own risk!

why would you pay for something that you can get for free on a number of different web sites

I have been trying for months to cancel the membership. All I would get is a recording that started with ‘Thank you for calling Your…. to cancel, press ?#’ and it continued in this loop to no end until I hung up to end the call. FINALLY, today, I tried again and was successful…hopefully. Here are the steps that I experienced: I dialed 866-752-5004, as is on my credit card statement.
Recording: Thank you for calling Your…. To cancel, press 1′. I did. It started again with ‘Thank You…’ but it went on to announce my name, give more offers and THEN asked if I still want to cancel, Press 3. At this point, a live person came on the line and of course, verified information before canceling. Hopefully, it worked.

You guys do know this is a credit website right??? You have to put in your social security number date of birth and need to answer several security questions.. You guys should try calling the company and asking them what information they have on you… maybe even get the IP address ( you can check that online) and it will tell you what device it was used to register with or take it to your police department if it wasn’t you and they can press charges against whoever registered for the site with your information.. That’s what I did and the company helped me. My ex-husband ended up trying to bring up my information. Not sure why this is just a credit report agency not like he’s going to get anything out of it…. but anyhow try calling the company for yourself. Their information is under the contact section on their website secure.yourscoreandmore.com/contact-us.html and their phone number is 888-387-0890 ( make sure you dial the right number unlike BARBARA down below….

Same thing happened to me. I noticed I had a charge of 39.94 one month and 2 months later another charge on my debit card for 39.94. I had my bank check into it and sent a message into BBB and within a few hours I had a message that my money was being refunded. It’s still showing as pending so thanks for the info with the number for these people.

    • Chad Miller

Just got screwed out of $39.94. Do you have phone numbers for me to get my money back ?

I’ve been being charged $2.00 about every other week and just noticed this. This has been going on for quite awhile now. I don’t recall ever signing up for anything like this. How on earth do I stop this charge if I can’t get a hold of these people?

I saw a charge of $39.94 on my Visa card which was from “BLS * Your Score and More”. Never heard of them so I investigated online since BLS offered no contact info on my statement. After sending several emails and phone messages to several different companies, all of which began with a link from “Hudforeclosed.com” to check my credit rating in order to browse the HUD site, I received a phone message from a gal at “enationsinfocorp.com” giving me her phone # which I called today.
I just got off the phone with a “your score and more” rep named Debra who I’m pretty sure is with the same company “credit for homes.com”. She was totally accommodating, refunded the $39.94 that had been charged to my Visa card, and cancelled whatever subscription I had unintentionally signed up for. If anything changes in the future I will post it here but, for now, I am happy with the results. Debra’s phone # at “your score” and “creditforhomes” is 805-845-0708.

I don’t even know how I got charged. I noticed charges on my card and called to cancel. They claim I signed up with them, and that I should have received a confirmation email, but I searched my inbox spam, junk, trash, etc. and found nothing from them, ever! They agreed to reverse the most recent charge, but they say if I want to try to get a refund on the other 3 months they charged me for, they want me to fill out a form they will mail me and then have me fax it to them. Sure let me just hop in the DeLorean and go back to 1985 and find a fax machine. I wish I know how they got my information and started charging me in the first place. Total SCAM!

    • Christina

I’m having the same issue. It’s the whole reason I’m on the site right now. Just noticed charges on my account.

  9. Melissa Anne Cavanaugh

The monthly fee is $39.94, not 29.94. I don’t know how they got my credit Sars info, but thankfully Chase texted me about the charge right away, and I was able to simply order a new card. They are definitely some kind of scam.

  10. Johnie Wilkie

I’m up for a law suite. There taking 2.00 dollars out of my account every month. I have never heard of them or even tried to make contact with them in any way until now. Noticed they were taking the 2.00 dollars out of my account and really didn’t notice it because it being a small amount. Really very smart. U get couple thousand accounts at 2.00 bucks a peice ,do the math. If anyone Sue’s them let the lawyers add me in.
