Exchanges and returns are said to be eligible up to 15 days, however, consumers report receiving totally unrelated or garbage goods while the site fails to disclose any physical addresses so no returns can be conducted.

According to their payment page they accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal.

Many consumers are falsely under the impression that since online “retailers” accept PayPal that they are legit but that is NOT the case and oftentimes consumers report an inability to recover stolen funds even after complaints have been risen via PayPal.

Mostata is a VIRAL scam – AVOID!

Mostata Reviews

Mostata reflects less than a 2 out of 5 star rating at TrustPilot.

Before you buy anything from Mostata make sure you read the complaints of scam pending against Mostata!

“Why hasnt the better business bureau out this company out of business. They display one thung then send you a cheap something similar as the other reviewers. I wish I had read the reviews first. These boits are a cheap version of what I oaid for”

“Terrible. They emailed that my order was shipped but I never received it. I wished I would have looked at reviews before I purchased anything.”

“This website posted a picture of an embroidered blouse which I purchased. The blouse I received was a printed blouse nothing like the one in the picture. They say they take returns but I got no response from the company after I followed their instructions. This company engages in fraudulent business.”

“This company is terrible don’t bother to order anything from them I ordered I tried to email them for a label to return the items never got a response copy the label off of the box that they sent me now I never got a return and they’re telling me they don’t get returned from that address but it came from there do not order from Mostata it’s a scam you will not get your money back !”

“They are a phony, underhanded, dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to find a way to contact them with no success. They owe me $94.00 plus two postage charges. I have been waiting for some kind of contact from them, but it appears to have disappeared from the planet. I need a response from them and my refund. The merchandise sent was only half of my order after a month of waiting. I returned them due to the odor of the shoes and the size of the blouse. A month later received a second delivery. The same merchandise with the same problems. I returned them with no response from them. So many things have happened since then. My original order was placed in May. Please…to anyone thinking of a purchase, DON’T DO IT! They appear to be an American company, but the charges on my statement showed payment to a company in HONG KONG. My opinion of Mostata is far less than bad. Lying and illegal at best.”

Site History

Mostata.com was privately registered on September 10th, 2018 through the GoDaddy, LLC registrar by Chivc International Holding Limited from Hong Kong.

Mostata Complaints

Shared below are a few additional complaints we threw in from TrustPilot:

Parksville – “This company along with Roselinlin and Cora Nora are all scams. Look at the comments on all three companies and the are almost identical. I ordered from Roselinlin and then saw the comments. i immediately told them to cancel the order and advised my bank to not pay the charge on my card. Unfortunately Pay Pal would do nothing. i have lost faith in Pay Pal who obviously know about this from the sheer number of complaints, but they have taken no action to get rid of them. If you try researching any of these companies you cannot find out anything… location, who owns the company etc…. Pay Pal needs to weed out these scammers.”

L. Rodriguez – “This company is a scam!! SCAM! The dress they sent me was not as pictured. It was a cheap rag of polyester with laser print on it… Twice they asked me for pictures of the dress, pictures of the bag it was in, pictures of the tags of the dress. Then they offered me 15% of what I paid for the dress. No Where on the website does it say that the garmet comes from Guangzhou, China…According to their return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). The refund is processed after the return center receives and inspectes the return package….Next they said that since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, they recommend some alternative methods to resolve the issue…They offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). They said “If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.” I made it clear that the dress I received was not what was on the website.”

Cathy – “ALL OF THE ABOVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE…8 different people have texted and emailed me with wrong info. Finally sent me a return label and after I sent it they told me it was the wrong label…Weeks later another label was sent which was the same as the first….THEN I get texts and emails with the wrong name and order numbers. I have pages of texts and emails. At one point they offered 10Per cent then 25 per cent return credit to avoid the hassle of returning the items, of which I said NO..When they sent me the return label they told me to claim only 1/4th of what I spent. I put the whole amount that I spent. 3 months later still no credit. I’m going to ask my credit card company to credit me and to go after them.”
